Singapore, 12th March 2019 – JCDecaux Singapore, the number one out-of-home media company in Singapore and a subsidiary of the JCDecaux Group, today announced an expansion of its cinema advertising network with the addition of two new cineplexes. Advertisers will be able to reach out to more cinema audiences with the opening of Shaw theatres in Jewel Changi Airport in the first half of 2019 and in Paya Lebar Quarter.
Brands looking to advertise in cinemas will be able to select from 21 cineplexes islandwide, an increase from the previous range of 19 cineplexes. The opening of two new cineplexes will also raise the number of halls from the current 151 to over 170 halls. Jewel, the first of the new cineplexes to open, is expected to be able to accommodate over 800 seats.
