POSTER SPECIFICATIONS

Time Line

	Upon confirmation of colour proofs, 2 working days are required for colour separation film production.
	1 week is required for printing (excluding Sunday and Public Holidays)
	2 working days is needed for reconfiguring visual.

Licence Application

	Visuals should be received by JCDecaux no later than 15 days prior to campaign commencement date.
	Visuals should be submitted in soft copy (Jpeg format).

Poster Delivery

	All posters must be delivered to JCDecaux warehouse no later than 5 working days prior to campaign commencement date.
	Late delivery will result in late posting.

Artwork specifications

	Software: Macintosh or PC format / Freehand/ Illustrator/ Photoshop
	Data Storage: Files to be provided in CD Rom or Zip (include colour visual of final output with colour specification. Pantene code, is any.)
	File Preparation: 2 copies of artwork are required - with and without text converted to path (for changes in text if necessary) * 1 copy of flattened image file * 1 copy of layered image file
	Fonts: Please provide all postscript and screen fonts
