Singapore, 16th November, 2006 - For the first time, members of the public in Orchard Road can have a close up view of the career options in Our Army with the unveiling of an innovative showcase of Army Formations at JCDecaux Scotts underpass by the Army Recruitment Centre (ARC).
This showcase located between Marriot Hotel and Shaw House in the underpass was transformed into a battlefield with covered walls and ceilings depicting the different Army units in operation. To complete the sensory experience, speakers were installed to pipe in ambient sound effects, transporting passer-bys into the thick of the action.
Through this 7-week long campaign, the Army Recruitment Centre seeks to create a unique and immersive experience to reach out and engage the various stakeholders about a career in The Army.

This Formations showcase will run from 8th November to 2nd January 2007.
