Reporting to the General
Manager of Finance and Admin:
Responsibilities:
Payroll and Commission Computation.
CPF e-Submission.
Leave Administration.
Work Pass issues.
Claiming of Government Paid Maternity Leave and Child Care Leave.
Recruitment advertisement and related issues.
Training Administration.
Corporate Secretarial matters.
Various insurance matters.
General Office Administration.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Other Requirements:
Minimum a Diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Well-organised, independent and self-driven.
Mature, responsible, hardworking, willing to learn, team player with a high level of integrity.
Meticulous and good with numbers.
Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word. Good in Excel.
Knowledge of "Paymaster" software (Window Version) preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of Employment Act/Labor Law.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Able to commence work
immediately.
ACCOUNTS
ASSISTANT
Reporting to the General
Manager of Finance and Admin:
Responsibilities:
Preparation of trade invoices, credit notes and posting entries to accounting system.
Maintain sales database system.
Handles full set of accounts and assist in timely and accurate monthly closing.
Processing Staff Claims, Payments, Receipts & Journals.
Recharging to Inter-Companies and Third Parties.
Preparation of Monthly Audit Schedules, Fixed Asset Register.
GST Return and Withholding Tax matter.
Bank Reconciliation.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
Minimum a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, with at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Well-organized, independent and self-driven.
Responsible individual, hardworking, willing to learn and team player with a high level of integrity.
Meticulous and good with numbers.
Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Singaporean and PRs.
Candidates who can
start work within short notice are preferred.
MARKETING
MANAGER
Reporting to the General
Manager of Sales and Marketing:
Responsibilities:
Ability and acumen to engage various internal and external stakeholders effectively to drive the marketing of the Company forward.
Development and implementation of a diverse range of new and existing marketing programs.
Establishing and managing effective sales and marketing programs to achieve the Company's business objectives.
Organising corporate appreciation events; writing marketing plan, press releases and newsletters; steering marketing research surveys; managing advertising and sponsorships; creating new and enhancing existing marketing literature, amongst other marketing duties.
Other Requirements:
Degree in Marketing or Mass Communication
3 to 5 years of marketing and promotions experience, particularly in writing press releases, marketing collaterals
A successful track record of managing products and/or service
A Creative marketer and a hands-on individual with good sense of urgency
Dynamic Individual with drive, passion and enthusiasm
Proficient in written and verbal communication skills
A team player with
excellent interpersonal skills
